Oxford International-Halifax(구 ECLC)는 1998년부터 ESL교육을 실시해 오고 있습니다. 저희 학원을 거쳐간 학생들은 학교가 단순히 학원이 아니라 가족이라고들 합니다. 저희는 노바스코시아주 수도인 핼리팩스시의 중심부에 위치하고 있는데, 핼리팩스시는 역사적인 매력과 현대적인 편리성을 함께 갖추고 있는 곳 입니다.

다양한 시설과 경험 많은 유자격 강사들이 학생들을 따뜻하게 맞고 있습니다. 저희 학원에는10개의 교실이 있는데 모두 핼리팩스 항구를 접하고있으며, 학급당 평균 8-10명의 소규모로 운용되고 있어 안락한 환경을 유지하고 있습니다. 학생들은 쾌적한 라운지에서 휴식을 취할 수도 있고 고속 인터넷이 가능한 컴퓨터실을 이용하거나 자신의 노트북을 이용 무선 인터넷을 이용할 수도 있습니다. 저희는 엄격한 영어사용방침을 적용하고 있어 본 학원 내에서는 항상 영어만을 사용하도록 하고 있습니다.
